Thank you for choosing LASEDA. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our updated policy on cancellations, refunds, modifications, and exchanges:
Order Finality:
All orders are considered final upon placement. We have a strict no cancellation, no refund policy.
Exchanges for Ready-to-Wear Items:
- Exchange requests for ready-to-wear items must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order and are subject to availability.
- All shipping and delivery costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Abandoned Orders:
Orders not accepted or picked up within 90 days of the shipping date will be deemed abandoned. LASEDA reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or use such items as we see fit. No refunds will be provided for abandoned orders.
Modification Policy:
- Modification requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- If a modification request is approved, please send the item back in its original condition, including all packaging and the receipt.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs charges for modifications.
Paid Repairs:
- If your item is damaged, repair costs will depend on the severity and material costs.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges related to repairs.
Returns and Refunds:
- We do not accept returns but offer options to modify the product if it meets the modification policy criteria.
- Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with modifications or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
